    • Emails should indicate a specific agenda item (by stating the item letter and number) or a general public comment statement.
    • Submit no later than 1 hour before the scheduled meeting (The 1-hour deadline ensures that all board members can review the emailed comments prior to the meeting. All written comments will be attached to the agenda.)
